Air conditioner cleaning for Jimbaran
Jimbaran combines sea air with seafood kitchens, and both are hard on an air conditioner — salt on the outdoor coil, grease in the indoor filters. Restaurant units here need attention noticeably more often than the villas do.
What gets into an AC unit in Jimbaran
On the beach side the coil takes salt and, near the grills at Kedonganan, greasy smoke, which bakes on. Up the hill towards Ungasan it is fine limestone dust instead. Properties in between get both. Salt is the one that does lasting harm: left on the aluminium it corrodes the fins rather than simply blocking the airflow.
How often, and what the visit covers
Beachfront and restaurant units every three months; homes and offices up the hill every four to five. We clean the indoor coil, filters, fan barrel and drain pan, then wash the outdoor condenser — on seafront property a rinse of the outdoor unit between full cleans is worth more than anything else you can do for it.
