How do I know my AC needs freon?

Signs include: AC runs but air is not cold, ice forming on pipes or the indoor unit, hissing sounds, or the AC taking much longer than usual to cool the room.

What type of refrigerant does my AC use?

Older units use R22, newer ones use R32 or R410A. We check the label on your unit to determine the correct type — you don't need to know in advance.

How long does a freon refill take?

About 30-60 minutes including leak check, evacuation if needed, and refilling to the correct pressure.

Is freon refill included in AC cleaning?

No, freon refill is a separate service. But if during cleaning we notice low cooling performance, we will check and advise you.
