Service area
AC technicians for Umalas
Umalas is residential rather than coastal, and the difference shows: less salt, far more construction dust from the building work that has run through the area for years. Units here block up rather than corrode.
We service long-stay villas, family homes, offices, and schools in Umalas and nearby areas: Kerobokan, Seminyak, Canggu, Banjar Semer. Message us on WhatsApp with your location and number of AC units, and we will recommend the right service and time slot.
What actually fails on AC units in Umalas
Umalas is inland enough that salt stops being the story and construction dust takes over. The area has had building work running through it for years, and cement dust is abrasive in a way beach sand is not: it grinds at fan bearings and packs into a coil hard enough that airflow drops well before anything actually breaks. Long-stay villas and offices here run steady daily cycles rather than continuous ones, so what we replace most is fan motors and capacitors worn by working against a blocked coil.
Booking a visit
Our workshop is on Jl. Merta Sari in Kerobokan, minutes away, so Umalas is one of the quickest areas on the island for us to reach and same-day is often possible. Long-stay villas, family homes, offices and schools all want different timing — schools in holidays or after hours, offices at the end of the day, villas around tenant schedules. Tell us the unit count and the quiet window and we will confirm a fixed arrival time rather than a whole-day slot.
