Who actually turns up?

A technician trained to Jakarta service standards, not a general handyman. They diagnose before quoting, and they will tell you when a repair is not worth doing on an old unit.

What can be handled on the first visit?

Cleaning, freon top-up and refill, capacitor and fan motor replacement, leak repair and drain work are usually done on the spot. A PCB or compressor job depends on the part being available.

Will I be sold freon I do not need?

No. A sealed system does not lose refrigerant, so if yours is low we look for the leak first. Topping up over an unfixed leak is a repeat visit you pay for twice, and we would rather not do it.
