FAQ

What counts as an emergency?

No cooling in a room a guest is checking into tonight, water running down a wall, a burning smell, or a breaker that trips every time the AC starts. A unit that is merely less cold than usual is a normal booking.

Do you work outside normal hours?

Our booking line runs 10:00 to 18:00 WITA. After-hours attendance is possible when a technician is available and carries a Rp125K surcharge on top of the job price.

Can you make it stop leaking today?

Most leaks are a blocked drain line or a full drain pan, and both are usually cleared on the visit. If the cause is a cracked pan or a failed pump, we will show you the part and the price before ordering it.
