AC cleaning
Standard cleaning includes indoor and outdoor units. Every unit is priced by its capacity and AC type:
- Standard 0.5–1 PKRp125K per unit
- Standard 1.5–2 PKRp150K per unit
- Inverter 0.5–1 PKRp145K per unit
- Inverter 1.5–2 PKRp175K per unit
- Deep cleaning 0.5–1 PKRp250K
- Deep cleaning 1.5–2 PKRp300K
- Drain pipe cleaning add-onRp50K
AC repair
Repairs start with a flat diagnostic, then parts are quoted before any work begins:

Freon refill
We check the refrigerant type first, then price the service by capacity and whether it is a top-up or a full refill:
- Freon top-upRp325K for 0.5–1 PK; Rp350K for 1.5 PK; Rp450K for 2 PK
- Full freon refillRp350K for 0.5–1 PK; Rp450K for 1.5 PK; Rp550K for 2 PK
Installation & relocation
Installation and relocation prices cover labor. Pipe, cable, brackets and other materials are measured and confirmed separately:

- Relocation 0.5–1 PKRp600K
- Relocation 1.5–2 PKRp750K

Maintenance contracts
The normal per-unit price applies to one-off visits. Recurring maintenance contracts receive a modest standard 0.5–1 PK discount from 5 units:
- 1–4 units or no contractRp125K per unit per visit
- 5–9 units on contractRp120K per unit per visit
- 10–14 units on contractRp110K per unit per visit
- 15+ units on contractRp100K per unit per visit
What changes the price
The figures above are starting rates. A few things move the final number:
- Outdoor unit access — rooftop or high-wall units take longer.
- Refrigerant type and how much is needed.
- Replacement parts, quoted separately and shown before work.
- After-hours or emergency call-outa surcharge from Rp 125K applies.
