What is different about servicing Daikin

Daikin has the largest inverter presence in Indonesia, and in Bali that shows up in newer villas and recent builds rather than in older housing stock. Most units we open are inverter models on R32, which changes the job in two ways: the refrigerant has to be matched exactly rather than approximated, and a fault that looks like weak cooling is often a control or sensor problem rather than a gas problem. That is why we test before we top up.

Parts and repair

Capacitors, fan motors and drain components are ordinary parts and get fitted on the visit. An inverter control board is a different matter — it is worth being certain the board is actually the fault before replacing one, so we diagnose on site for Rp65,000 and quote the part for your approval before ordering anything. Cleaning is unaffected by any of this: Rp125,000 per 0.5–1 PK unit, indoor and outdoor.

How much does Daikin AC cleaning cost?

Complete indoor + outdoor standard cleaning is Rp125K per 0.5–1 PK unit and Rp150K per 1.5–2 PK unit. Deep cleaning is Rp250K–Rp300K by capacity.

Do you use genuine parts and the correct freon?

We match the refrigerant your Daikin unit uses (R32, R410A or R22) and quote any replacement parts for approval before fitting them.

Is there a warranty?

Yes: cleaning 14 days, repair 30 days labour + 3 months parts, installation 12 months.
