What is different about servicing Mitsubishi

Mitsubishi is the one brand where it pays to know which Mitsubishi you own. Mitsubishi Electric and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries are separate manufacturers selling separate air conditioning ranges under very similar names, and their parts are not interchangeable. We identify the make from the indoor unit before quoting anything, because ordering against the wrong one is the single most common way a Mitsubishi repair in Bali ends up taking twice as long as it should.

Parts and repair

Both ranges turn up in higher-end villas and offices here, and both are well built enough that the units we see are often older than the average on the island. That usually works in your favour: the mechanical parts are serviceable and worth replacing. We diagnose for Rp65,000, tell you which make you actually have, and quote the part before ordering. Cleaning is the same as any other split — Rp125,000 per 0.5–1 PK unit.

Do you service all Mitsubishi AC models?

Yes — we clean, repair, refill freon and install Mitsubishi split units (inverter and standard), from homes and villas to offices and restaurants across Bali.

How much does Mitsubishi AC cleaning cost?

Complete indoor + outdoor standard cleaning is Rp125K per 0.5–1 PK unit and Rp150K per 1.5–2.5 PK unit. Deep cleaning is Rp250K–Rp300K by capacity.

Do you use genuine parts and the correct freon?

We match the refrigerant your Mitsubishi unit uses (R32, R410A or R22) and quote any replacement parts for approval before fitting them.

Is there a warranty?

Yes: cleaning 14 days, repair 30 days labour + 3 months parts, installation 12 months.
