What is different about servicing Samsung

Samsung's WindFree range is built around cooling without a direct draught, which means the indoor unit pushes air through a panel of small outlets rather than one open blade. It is comfortable, and it is unforgiving about dirt: as the coil and the outlets load up, the airflow drops off noticeably sooner than it would on a conventional split. Owners usually report it as "the AC has got weaker" rather than as a fault, and on these units that is very often simply cleaning.

Parts and repair

Which is the good news — the most common Samsung complaint we attend is solved by a proper chemical clean of the coil, fan barrel and drain pan at Rp125,000 per 0.5–1 PK unit, not by a part. Where it is genuinely electronic we check sensors before the board and quote before ordering. Diagnosis is Rp65,000 and comes off the bill if you approve the repair.

Do you service all Samsung AC models?

Yes — we clean, repair, refill freon and install Samsung split units (inverter and standard), from homes and villas to offices and restaurants across Bali.

How much does Samsung AC cleaning cost?

Complete indoor + outdoor standard cleaning is Rp125K per 0.5–1 PK unit and Rp150K per 1.5–2.5 PK unit. Deep cleaning is Rp250K–Rp300K by capacity.

Do you use genuine parts and the correct freon?

We match the refrigerant your Samsung unit uses (R32, R410A or R22) and quote any replacement parts for approval before fitting them.

Is there a warranty?

Yes: cleaning 14 days, repair 30 days labour + 3 months parts, installation 12 months.
