What is different about servicing LG

LG sells almost entirely on inverter efficiency in this market, and the Dual Inverter line is what most Bali households have bought in recent years. The trade-off with an efficiency-first design is that the electronics do more of the work, so more faults present as an error code than as an obvious mechanical noise. Newer units also carry Wi-Fi control, which is worth checking first — a unit that will not respond is sometimes a connectivity problem rather than a fault.

Parts and repair

We start with the code and the sensors rather than the board, because replacing a board that was reading a failed sensor correctly solves nothing and costs a great deal. Ordinary parts are fitted on the visit; anything electronic is quoted for approval first. Diagnosis is Rp65,000, deducted from the bill if you go ahead with the repair, and the work carries 30 days on labour and 3 months on replaced parts.

Do you service all LG AC models?

Yes — we clean, repair, refill freon and install LG split units (inverter and standard), from homes and villas to offices and restaurants across Bali.

How much does LG AC cleaning cost?

Complete indoor + outdoor standard cleaning is Rp125K per 0.5–1 PK unit and Rp150K per 1.5–2.5 PK unit. Deep cleaning is Rp250K–Rp300K by capacity.

Do you use genuine parts and the correct freon?

We match the refrigerant your LG unit uses (R32, R410A or R22) and quote any replacement parts for approval before fitting them.

Is there a warranty?

Yes: cleaning 14 days, repair 30 days labour + 3 months parts, installation 12 months.
