What is different about servicing Midea

Midea is among the largest air conditioner manufacturers in the world, and a good deal of what it makes is sold under other names as well as its own. In Bali it lands mostly in the value segment — rentals, kosts, guesthouses and staff housing — so the usage pattern matters more than the badge. Small units, enclosed rooms, long hours, and rarely cleaned between tenants. Most of the faults we attend on Midea units trace back to that rather than to the machine.

Parts and repair

Value-segment units are cheap to keep running and the parts are ordinary, fitted on the visit. The judgement call is when to stop: on a unit that has worked hard for years in a rental room we will tell you plainly if a repair will not last rather than quoting it anyway. For operators with many units, Care Pro and Care Plus cover scheduled maintenance and the labour for covered repairs for a fixed price per AC per quarter.

Do you service all Midea AC models?

Yes — we clean, repair, refill freon and install Midea split units (inverter and standard), from homes and villas to offices and restaurants across Bali.

How much does Midea AC cleaning cost?

Complete indoor + outdoor standard cleaning is Rp125K per 0.5–1 PK unit and Rp150K per 1.5–2.5 PK unit. Deep cleaning is Rp250K–Rp300K by capacity.

Do you use genuine parts and the correct freon?

We match the refrigerant your Midea unit uses (R32, R410A or R22) and quote any replacement parts for approval before fitting them.

Is there a warranty?

Yes: cleaning 14 days, repair 30 days labour + 3 months parts, installation 12 months.
