AC Drain Pipe Cleaning in Bali
A blocked drain is the single most common cause of water running down a wall in Bali, and it is also the cheapest thing on our price list to fix.

Why a drain line blocks here
- Algae and slime growing in a permanently damp pipe
- Dust washed off the coil silting up the pan

- A pipe laid without a continuous fall to the outside
We clear the line, flush the pan and check the fall along the run. If the pipe was installed without a fall, cleaning it only buys time and we will tell you so.
The order we check things in
The indoor unit produces condensation continuously while it cools, and all of it has to leave through one small pipe. In this climate that pipe stays permanently damp, which is ideal for the algae and slime that eventually close it; dust washed off the coil silts the pan at the same time, and insects nest in the open outdoor end. Once the line cannot clear, the pan fills and overflows into the room. We check whether anything is coming out of the outdoor end first — a dry outlet while the unit drips indoors tells us the answer before we open anything.
What you can check yourself first
Turn the unit off so no more condensation is produced, and lay a towel along the wall rather than standing a bucket under the drip — the water runs down the wall rather than falling cleanly. Find the drain outlet outside and see whether it is running. Do not push wire into the pipe from the indoor end; it drives the blockage deeper and can split the pipe. Drain pipe cleaning is Rp50,000 added to a clean. If the run was laid without a continuous fall, clearing it only buys time, and we will say so rather than take the money twice.
